Is it really free?

Yes. Live visitors, human chat, the inbox, the phone app, alerts, leads and teammates are free with no limit and no end date. You also get 100 AI answers a month. You only pay if you want more AI answers or an upgrade.

What is an "AI answer"?

Each reply the AI writes to a visitor. A typical conversation uses about two. Replies you or your team type are never counted.

What happens when the AI answers run out?

Nothing is billed. The chat takes the visitor's message and contact details, tells you, and you answer. You can add a top-up pack from $15 that never expires, or move to an AI plan from $29/mo.

Will visitors know it's an AI?

It talks like a person who works there: short, natural answers. If a visitor asks whether they're talking to a bot, it says plainly that it's your AI assistant and that a person can take over.

How long does set-up take?

About ten minutes: confirm your email, paste one line into your site, and approve the answers it drafts from your website. It works on any site, with steps for Wix, Shopify and WordPress.

Can I answer chats myself?
