What counts as an AI answer?
One reply written by the assistant. The welcome line, your own replies, your teammates' replies and empty visits never count. A typical AI conversation is about two answers.
What happens when the month's answers are used up?
The chat keeps working. The assistant says it has reached its limit, takes the visitor's name and number, and alerts you. Nothing is ever charged without you choosing a plan or a pack. You can top up or move up a plan from Billing in a minute.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Live visitors, human chat, your inbox, alerts, leads and unlimited teammates have no limit and no clock. You get 100 AI answers a month on top, every month.
How do I cancel?
From Billing, in one click, any time. Paid plans and upgrades are month to month and stop at the end of the month you cancel in; your chat drops back to Free and your conversations stay. Top-up packs are one-time purchases and never renew.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars before sales tax. Texas sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. On Wix and Shopify, their checkout handles tax.
